The ICMP also has an in-house Alexander Technique teacher, who provides help with specific problems such as RSI, tendonitis or tennis elbow. The Alexander Technique is also ideal in helping to prevent problems from occurring in the first place and will improve posture, which in turn improves your practice and performance.
