Located in Datil, Catron County, New Mexico, 75 miles (120 km) southwest of Albuquerque, Mojave Academy is a wilderness co-ed boarding school serving students from age 7-17. Dormitories are available for boys and girls on our 160- acre campus. Children full of energy and vigor and with a zest for life thrive particularly well at the Mojave Academy. Our Academy delivers several unique programs in life basics, educational repair, study skills and full academics. Our unique Life Basics program will allow your child to become more independent, more responsible and make the right choices in life.
In our Educational Repair Program we find the exact reason for learning difficulties and correct them. We offer a full academic curriculum with emphasis on individual programs and skills that lead the student towards his or her own goals. Throughout the program individualized instruction, practical application and physical activities are emphasized. The program is designed to deliver a comprehensive educational program preparing your child for life.
