- Pastry Campus Winter / Summer (2 months):
A two month certificate program taught in English about French Pastry fundamentals, followed by a 1-month internship. It offers 2 distinct levels-- Initiating and Perfecting.

- 5-month French Pastry arts diploma course:
A brand new program specially designed for foreign students who want to learn the French Pastry fundamentals within 6 months. It is followed by a 2-month internship. Students who complete the program will receive an ENSP diploma which is a passport to join the best pastry teams worldwide. ENSP will welcome only students with real and strong motivation to become a pastry chef. All the courses are taught in English. Fluency in written and spoken English will be required. A strong motivation to learn French is a must. The curriculum is based on the French CAP program (the national reference for pastry chefs).

Further Courses:
* French Bakery Arts: a 2 month course followed by a 1-month internship.
