The L’École Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie in Yssingeaux, in the Haute-Loire department, in southeast France near Lyon is a highly acclaimed pastry school run by the best Chefs in the world. For the past 25 years, ENSP has been recognized around the world as a leading training center dedicated to Pastry Arts. As many as 1,200 professionals are trained every year by the finest Pastry Chefs in our top-quality facilities. In 2007, Alain Ducasse Entreprise and Yves Thuriès Group took over this jewel of culinary education. ENSP is now one of the schools of Alain Ducasse Formation et Conseil.

Courses / Programs:
- the 2-month intensive ENSP Pastry Campus, taught in English. We have Winter and Summer sessions. Participants with an intermediate level in Pastry making will cover the basics of French pastry during 8 weeks. (€4,400) Next intake january 4th 2010.

- the 6-month L’Art de la Pâtisserie Française “Nicolas Toulliou”, taught in French. Beginners will learn the fundamentals of French Pastry (CAP curriculum) in six months, as well as the French language. They will then take the CCA exam, a French reference. (€13,000).

- the 6-month French Pastry Art Program “Nicolas Toulliou”, taught in English. Beginners will learn the fundamentals of French Pastry (CAP curriculum) in six months; French classes are included in the program. Graduates will join talented pastry teams in the most prestigious restaurants, hotels, or pastry shops. (€13,000) Next intakes September 28th 2009 and April 12th 2010.
