Welcome to Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie. For 25 years, ENSP Yssingeaux in southeast France near Lyon has been recognized around the world as a leading training center dedicated to Pastry Arts. As many as 1,200 professionals are trained every year by the finest Pastry Chefs in our top-quality facilities in Yssingeaux, southeast France.

In 2007, Alain Ducasse Entreprise and Yves Thuriès Group took over this jewel of culinary education. ENSP is now one of the schools of Alain Ducasse Formation et Conseil.

Courses / Programs:
- ENSP Pastry Campus Winter / Summer (2 months):
A two months certificate program taught in English about French pastry fundamentals.

- French Pastry Art Program Nicolas Toulliou (6 months):
A 6 months program in English, designed for foreign students who want to learn pastry fundamentals.

- 4-day intensive Advanced pastry classes;
