Fame Performing Arts School:
Fame Performing Arts is an independent Performing Arts School based in Shirley, Solihull, Birmingham in the West Midlands. Every Saturday during term time we run classes at St. James School in Shirley & Lordswood Girls School in Harborne for children aged between 5 and 16. Our 3 hour sessions consist of an hour of drama, an hour of dance and an hour of singing. Our aim is to teach the 3 aspects of performing arts ie drama, dance and singing to children in a friendly and enjoyable environment whilst giving them a chance to do regular performances on stage.
Whether your child is hoping to pursue a career in performing arts or have a hobby & enjoyable weekend pursuit, Fame will provide an excellent all round training. Each term a show is performed for family and friends, from this students learn the art of teamwork and other skills such as self control and discipline. Our teachers are professionals, having studied their art they are working actors, singers or dancers. We only employ individuals who are CRB checked. There is a trained first-aider on the premises.

From the Stratford Road in Shirley, turn into Church Road (next to St. James Church opposite the Plume and Feathers public house) take the second right into Shirley Park Road and the first right into Halifax Road.
Harborne:
Lordswood Girls School, Knightlow Road, Harborne B17 8QB
Directions:
From the traffic lights at Lordswood Road and the Hagley Road, turn into Lordswood Road and take the first turning on the left into Knightlow Road, the school entrance is a little way down the road on the left.
