Standard group course:
Russian Language Standard Course focuses on integrating all the skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. The emphasis is on the communication skills, increasing students’ vocabulary and improvement of their ability to speak Russian.
Minimum admission age: 16
Course starts: every Monday throughout the year
Minimum course duration: 1 week
Levels available: A1 – C1
Timetable: Mon.-Fr., 9.30a.m – 1.00 p.m, 20 hours a week.
Absolute beginners start the first Monday of each month throughout the year.
Intensive Group Course:
This is a standard Russian language course of 20 hours per week plus 2 additional Russian language lessons every day. In the extra lessons students learning Russian language focus on a particular area of Russian: gram
mar, vocabulary, speaking. This course emphases on improving a specific language area that has been identified as a student need.
Minimum admission age: 16
Minimum course duration: 1 week
Levels available: A1 - C1
Timetable: Mon. - Fr., 9.30a.m – 3.30 p.m, 30 hours a week.
Absolute beginners start the firs Monday of each month throughout the year.
Individual Russian language Lesson:
This Russian Language course is designed to suit the particular needs and requirements of the student studying Russian Language at Derzhavin Institute in ST.-Petersburg. The Individual Russian Language Course concentrates on particular areas of language. The student will be able to decide the schedule and content and the quantity of lessons per week (from 10 to 30 lessons each of 45 minutes). One-to-one training in Russian language can be either according to general Russian Language programme (the similar to Russian language Standard Course) or in any topic or aspect specified by the student (see Business Russian course as an example).

Business Russian course:
1. In combination with Standard Group Course.
Each week you take 20 hours of Russian Language Standard Group Course in the morning plus 10 Russian Language group business lessons in the afternoon.

Timetable: Mon.-Fr., 9.30a.m – 3.30 p.m, 20 hours of Standard group course + 10 group Business lessons a week.
2. One-to-one Business Course.
This option is designed for the businessmen who need Russian language for work (e.g. Russian language for commerce, finance, management, tourism etc.) and who have very specific requirements and needs (in terms of the timetable as well as in the content and aims of the course).

Academic Course:
For those students willing to stay in Russia for a long period and master the language through penetration into Russia culture and modern way of life we offer long-stay course. It is the Standard Group Course but due to it duration the tuition fee is much lower.

Exam Preparatory Course:
TORFL (Test of Russian as a Foreign Language) is the standard national tests of Russian as a foreign language which is certified by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The Russian National Testing System is included in Association of Language Teachers of Europe (ALTE). To get ready for the exam students are offered to take a long-term course plus a block of individual lessons specially constructed to cover the structure of the exam, psychological aspects, most confusing and problematic points in Russian grammar, vocabulary, listening and comprehension and writing strategies etc. The minimum block is of 10 individual lessons.
