Verbum is a school in Buenos Aires, eastern Argentina, specializing in teaching Spanish to foreigners. We offer regular, intensive and super intensive Spanish courses, one-to-one classes and Spanish for specific purposes (Spanish for business, Spanish for travelers, Medical Spanish, etc.). The courses allow students to be prepared if they want to take internationally recognized exams. Verbum School of Spanish is an Examining Center of the International Certificate of Spanish (D.I.E.) recognized by the Pontifical University of Salamanca (Spain). Our teachers have University degrees and post graduate studies in Spanish as a foreign language. Those who teach business Spanish are Economic graduates. We offer free social and cultural activities, volunteer and trainee & internship programs which offer the opportunity to live and work in Argentina. Cultural and leisure program:

Cultural and leisure programDirectly experiencing another culture and making contact with the people are essential for a true understanding of the language. Consequently, our cultural and leisure program is an important component of our course program, complementing classroom activities through personal experience of the Spanish-speaking environment.

Social and Cultural activities are optional and include, for example, visits to the different neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, like the aristocratic areas: Puerto Madero; Recoleta; San Martín Square area and the Tango and popular culture areas La Boca and San Telmo. All these visits are made in groups joined and guided by a teacher and are very helpful to practice Spanish.
