ISSOS, Summer Schools at St Andrews and Cambridge Universities:
ISSOS offers three-week summer school programs in the world-famous university towns of St. Andrews on the beautiful east coast of Scotland and Cambridge in England. Our residential summer camps are available to international students from around the world aged between 13 - 18 years of age during the months of July and August. Students in both St. Andrews and Cambridge have the option of taking Tennis as an elective subject.

Tennis Elective Course (Available in St. Andrews and Cambridge)
Students must choose one academic subject and one elective subject to study during their 3-week program. Students in St. Andrews and Cambridge have the opportunity to take tennis as an elective subject. The academic subjects that can be taken alongside the tennis course are:

- St. Andrews: English Language Course; Pre-IB / Extended Essay Programs; Debate Program; Youth Leadership Program; Creative Writing Program
- Cambridge: English Language Course; Advanced English with IELTS Preparation; Debate Program; Journalism Program; Pre-IB Program

Summer Tennis Academy:
The ISSOS tennis elective program is suitable for all students from beginners to advanced level tennis players. All students will work with our professional tennis academy coaches to achieve their personal goals and develop a love of the game.

Beginners at the summer tennis academy will benefit from individual attention and constant encouragement as well as develop the basic tennis strokes. Intermediate players at the summer tennis academy will refine their strokes and be shown how to use their strengths to give them an advantage every time they walk on the court. More advanced players also cover spin techniques, positional play, footwork and tactical awareness.

During our summer tennis course you will:

- Experience tournament and match play
- Learn the importance of good sportsman-ship

This three week elective will culminate in ISSOS Tennis Academy's annual tennis tournament, in which all students may participate.
