IMI Diploma in International Hotel and Tourism Management:
Course Duration: 22 weeks
This course is designed for students who already have qualifications in and/or experience of the fundamental operational aspects of hospitality and tourism management and seek to develop these skills to supervisory management level. The objective of the course is to develop students' professional understanding of how tourism and hospitality organizations integrate business functions and focuses on specific departmental responsibilities (front office and food production) as well as cross-functional management skills (financial management, accounting, marketing and sales, and the uses of e-commerce). The programme also offers opportunities for the learning of foreign languages (French or German) and core intermediate management skills.

Certification:
Students successfully completing this course will receive two awards, one from IMI and one from Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU).
