Spanish Classes in Plano TX for Kids & Adults

Bilingual Pals, Plano:
Bilingual Pals offer Spanish language classes and tutoring for children, elementary school students, high school students and adults. We are located in Plano, Texas which is in the Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington metropolitan area. We serve Plano Independent School District (ISD), Frisco ISD, Mckinney ISD, Allen ISD and surrounding school districts. We introduce children to a foreign language in a fun, stress free, imaginative way. Older second language learners are also able to acquire the language through customized lessons.

Our goal is for our students to acquire the Spanish language. This happens the same way you acquired your native language. We first understand what we hear, then production follows. Grammar is picked up naturally when we being to produce phrases and sentences at an early age.

Our Methods:
We use a combination of TPR (Total Physical Response), story telling, thematic units and "easy immersion". Every method is adapted to the children's needs. Providing children with meaningful everyday communication is key.

Children:
Children are taught from basic concepts (might vary with age to keep all concepts age appropriate) to proper pronunciation and communication. When students are ready, reading and writing is introduced.

Adults:
Lessons for adults are approached in a similar manner. Lessons are also customized and the student's goal is always kept in mind. Adults can be presented with work, travel or personal vocabulary, communication and expressions.

High school / College students
With students who need tutoring for their current school work we follow the district's curriculum and textbooks. If needed contact is made with current school teachers to ensure success.

Group classes (3+ students +)
Small groups of 3-6 are welcome. There must be at least 3 children to form a group. (We might have others on the waiting list)

Semi private group lessons (2 students)
Semi private lessons are for student's who would like to take a class with a sibling or friend. (We might have students waiting to find someone else for a semi private)

Private Lessons
These lessons are also for students ages 3 - adults who want 1:1 interaction. All lessons are tailored to the student's needs.

Tutorials
Tutorials are for all students already enrolled in a Spanish class at their school or university.
