Our instructors in our Business Management Program are experienced educators who have worked as senior managers in banking, international trade, retailing, and manufacturing. Our two-year comprehensive Professional Diploma in Business Management is transferable to a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management Degree at Royal Roads University .

Professional Diploma in Business Management

This diploma is designed to offer the widest range of possi
ble career choices and opportunities in a variety of business disciplines. As a graduate in this program you will be prepared for a variety of management position in a wide range of industries. The Professional Diploma carries block transfer status to Royal Roads University.
This program includes courses endorsed by the Canadian Institute of Management (CIM). Students completing 8 accredited courses are eligible for a CIM certification, as certified in Management; lower certification is available for 4 courses completed.

At Arbutus College, our International Trade Program will give you the right skills and experience to enter this exciting industry. We offer practical courses geared towards real world knowledge. Upon completion of the program you will be able to read, write and comprehend the required trade documents as well as be able to carry out appropriate procedures and operations. Arbutus College is an educational partner of the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) and we offer courses that lead to FITT certification and the Certified International Trade Professional designation (CITP).

All of our diploma programs and some of our certificate programs include an optional integrated co-op work component. This means that you could be paid to work for a Canadian company. International students enrolled in our co-op diploma programs can apply for a Canadian Work Permit.
