Building Construction Technician

CDL Training
Our Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Training program is intended to train you for an entry-level position as a driver in over-the-road or local driving vehicles. The commercial truck driving program at North American Trade Schools focuses on basic information that covers trucks, the trucking industry, and the fundamentals of operating trucks and tractor-trailers. Also, because this program is designed to educate anyone, you do not need any prior education or experience with trucks to enter this program.
Diesel Technician Training
Our program is designed to prepare you to be an entry-level diesel technician trained in all areas of repair, maintenance, failure analysis and diagnosis. We accomplish this by providing you with labs that simulate realistic settings of repair and diagnostic shops in the transportation industry. We focus our instruction on operation, maintenance, rebuilding and troubleshooting procedures. Our shop area provides hands-on instruction in small groups, where you rebuild and troubleshoot actual equipment found in the industry.

Electrical Technology
Upon successful completion of our Electrical Technology program, you will be prepared to begin work immediately. The training you receive will allow you to explore a career in positions such as panel builders and testers, utility maintenance mechanics, construction electricians, and electronic technicians.
NATS has a comprehensive electrician trade school program that will train you to work with the following types of professional equipment: Meters; Conduit benders; Motor control equipment; Three-phase motors; Oscilloscopes; Digital power supplies; Breadboards; Robotic arms and controllers. The Electrical Technology program at North American Trade Schools results in a diploma and has a duration of 39 weeks.
HRVAC
Through the HVAC training program offered, students will be instructed on the installation and maintenance of HRVAC equipment, ductwork, metal fabrication, refrigeration and heating electrical systems. North American Trade Schools' well-rounded curriculum is available to students with a strict schedule and can be taken as a day or evening course. During the HVAC trade school program, students will focus on developing and polishing various skills, such as: Basic cooling; Electricity for HVAC; Safety; Industrial refrigeration; Air systems; Trade skills
