Will-Excel Global Inc. is a Canadian National Corporation that was founded in 1992. It is a diversified and flexible provider of consulting and training services. It has been involved in English training in China since 1994. Will-Excel Global Inc. administers our program and course materials development.

The Heilongjiang Provincial Education Bureau is the Chinese government body responsible for overseeing and certifying all educational institutions in the province. We have joined forces to improve TESOL training in the province. Our TESOL Diploma and Master of TESOL are only two of the projects that we are working on together. The Heilongjiang Provincial Education Bureau gives our diplomas official government certification.

California Sunshine International Language Centeris a chain of high class foreign language schools. The Harbin franchise has 4 branches specializing in oral English, provides students with small class sizes, and is certified as a model school for the city of Harbin. Its students range in age from 4 through adult. California Sunshine International Language Center provides our trainees with real teaching experience with real language learners.

Will-Excel TESOL Sponsor Schools are located in various cities in China. After trainees complete their first month of training, they begin their 6-month teaching term at their sponsor school. Details regarding your specific Sponsor School are given to you when you are offered a position in our program.
