is an International Language School and Teacher

EBC runs an accredited, one month, intensive training programme that will give you all the skills you will need to get an entry level job teaching English as a foreign language. At the end of the course you will be awarded two certificates: "Advanced Certificate in TESOL" and the "EBC International TEFL Certificate".

world. The EBC post-course support programme

You will study all the areas you need in order
to enter the EFL/ESL teaching profession. The
course includes: phonology, English grammar,
learning by observing experienced teachers in
action, how to effectively plan, run and manage
your lessons, course material preparation, see
how foreign students learn to use a language and
finally rehearse and teach to groups of
non-English speaking students.
The internationally recognised Advanced
Certificate in TESOL awarded by EBC meets
British Council standards. CELTA, Trinity and
the College of Teachers Advanced Certificate in
TESOL meet British Council requirements for
teachers in its accredited schools. The British
Council has schools in 109 countries and will
ONLY hire teachers with a certificate that meets
its requirements.
EBC also offers other special discounts for

 Location: Madrid is the capital of Spain
and is located almost in the dead centre of the
Iberian peninsula. It is the highest European
capital, sitting some 646 metres (roughly 2,200
feet) above sea level and has a population of
over three million. Madrid is a fairly
cosmopolitan city but still retains a very
Spanish outlook on life. It is characterized by
intense cultural and artistic activity and a
very lively nightlife or more than often lively
early morning life. Madrid is certainly the
place to immerse yourself in Spanish culture.
All EBC courses in Madrid are given in our
purpose built, air conditioned training centre
right in the heart of Madrid's "mini Manhattan"
business district. The training centre is
conveniently located within a 3 to 5 minute walk
from the Santiago Bernabeu metro stop or number
27 bus stop. Both public transport stops are on
Madrid's prestigious Paseo de la Castellana. In
addition to the teaching rooms, the centre also
has a study room where you can do your course
work. The centre is equipped with WIFI so, if
you bring your WIFI ready PC, you can work in
the study room with free internet access.
 Support: EBC is much more than just
another training organisation, it’s also a
support network that starts from the moment that
you contact us. EBC provides lifetime job
support, teaching support, language support
(discounts on combined TEFL + Spanish study

Jobs: EBC is possibly unique in its approach towards job placement. We provide you with 2 seminars during the course that explain the job market, how to prepare for it and what to expect.
