Level 2 Certificate in TESOL
The Certificate of Educational Studies in TESOL is accredited by ACTDEC at Level 2. This is equivalent to level 3-4 on the National Qualifications Framework. The course duration is 150 hours, all at a distance, and includes three books worth approximately £50. There are two audio CDs included with the course. The course is particularly suitable for the following applicants: Keen gap-year students, teaching assistants, any ESOL teacher seeking a value-for-money course to hone their skills, anyone wishing to progress later to a level 3 or higher qualification. Upon successful completion you'll receive a certificate from us and one from ACTDEC - we pay the fee on your behalf. There are no hidden costs.

Level 3 Higher Certificate in TESOL
This 250-hour modular course leads to the award of the Certificate in (the Theory and Methodology of) Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages — Cert.(TM)TESOL. The course is also known as the Higher Certificate in TESOL, and is accredited by ACTDEC at Level 3. This is equivalent to level 4-5 on the National Qualifications Framework. Successful completion will almost certainly enable you to obtain teaching posts abroad but the programme does not include any teaching practice though TP is available, following course completion - either through ACTDEC's Teaching Practice Portfolio Scheme or by turning your course into the Advanced Certificate in TESOL (two weeks observed teaching practice). This programme comes with 4 set books and 4 audio CDs - as usual everything is included in the fee.

Level 4 Diploma in TESOL
This 450-hour modular online-delivered course leads to the award of the Diploma in (the Theory and Methodology of) Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages — Dip.(TM)TESOL. This course is accredited by ACTDEC at Level 4 (level 5-6 in NQF terms). The course is primarily aimed at teachers with 2+ years ESOL teaching experience wishing to enhance their knowledge and earning potential. Two years of ESOL teaching experience is a requirement for course entry. Done with teaching practice the Diploma becomes the Advanced Diploma in TESOL.
