Situated on the estuary of the Yangtze River of
China, Global Crossroad’s TEFL school is located
in Shanghai, the largest industrial city in
China. With its amazing amount of restaurants,
bars and nightclubs, Shanghai is an amazing city
with an ever-vibrant nightlife.
TEFL Certification: Providing modern
concepts and up-to-date facilities along with
the skills of our professional tutors, our TEFL
school aims to be one of the strongest
institutions offering high quality TEFL training
courses in China and around the world. By the
end of this world-recognized TEFL course,
participants will complete 150 hours of TEFL
training in the following manner: 125 hours of
coursework material and in-class work with the
TEFL instructor, 25 hours of volunteer English
teaching practice.

guesthouses to the school. These air-conditioned
accommodations are all clean and moderate with
some located within walking distance to some of
Shanghai’s most stunning attractions and

 Paid Teaching in China: Global Crossroad
can guarantee a paid, English-teaching position
in China for our native English-speaker TEFL
graduates. Over the last 5 years we have sent
hundreds of native English-speakers to China. As
an English teacher in China, teachers not only
can receive free living accommodation and meals,
but also receive a competitive monthly salary
which can range anywhere from $200-$1000
(depending upon qualifications, length of
commitment and location).
