4 week intensive TEFL (Trinity Cert. TESOL) course, an internationally recognised qualification, validated by Trinity College, London. The content of our TEFL course is highly practical, with teaching practice with real students taking a central role.

Our course provides you with a headstart in an exciting new career as an English Language Teacher and is designed to give you the skills to enjoy teaching and teach effectively while you travel, experience new cultures and earn money. The Trinity College CertTESOL was first introduced around 30 years ago. It is an equivalent qualification to the Cambridge CELTA. These qualifications, and no other, are fully recognised by the British Council. Many employers and some countries will insist on one of these certificates to accredit you as an EFL teacher.

As the body that issues the qualification and validates our course, Trinity are responsible for defining the syllabus and monitoring the quality of our courses, including the teaching, the resources and materials and the overall support given to trainees. Trinity also participates in the assessment of candidates.

The school is located in the heart of Prague's old town in the ground floor of a newly refurbished listed building which was once a convent! Konviktska is a small street situated 3 minutes walk from the old town square and about 5 from the Charles Bridge. The nearest Metro stations are Starometska or Mustek and numerous trams run close by.

Excellent, bars, pubs and restaurants are very close at hand, as well as some of the most stunning streets and squares of Prague's old town. The school is fully equipped with computers, photocopier, video and reference library.For those trainees who have their own laptops, the centre offers a simple free hook-up to our network.

We offer two accommodation options in Prague in our spacious and centrally-located flats. You can click on the map below to see where they are; one near the Charles Bridge and the other just off Wenceslas Square, two of the major landmarks in central Prague. Of course, you can also make your own arrangements for accommodation, though we strongly advise you to make sure that you get something which will be suitable for staying in during a period of intensive study and that is guaranteed for the duration of the course.

When you book your accommodation, we will give you detailed instructions on how to get there by taxi or public transport. There will be someone to meet you at the accommodation. If you prefer, we can offer an airport pick-up service.
