Eastern Michigan University:
Ypsilanti is a small Midwestern town located 10 km east of Ann Arbor, and 60 km west of Detroit. Michigan has four seasons. The Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor area is home to several universities and colleges, providing a wide range of cultural activities and festivals year round.

Location and Facilities:

Alexander Hall, home of the EMU Music Department and Department of World Languages, including our English as a Second Language (ESL) and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) programs.

The Lake House is located on the pond in the center of Eastern Michigan University's campus, just in front of the Student Center. It is home events sponsored by campus organizations year round.

From the Detroit Airport, take I-94 West to Ypsilanti. Take the Huron River Road exit. Follow the road north approximately 3 km, turning west (left) on Cross street. The campus is on your right, just before the famous Water Tower.
