College of Teachers. Our language school is
situated in the centre of Madrid, Spain.
Since our teaching academy was founded in 1987,
we have provided language courses to both
corporate and private clients. In an effort to
improve the quality of our English language
programmes and, at the same time, our own
teaching staff, a training programme for the
effective teaching of English was put in place;
a training programme which acted as a guideline
for teachers (both new and old) in how to teach
English conscientiously and effectively. Out of
this programme our specialised, intensive, 4
week TEFL course was born.
 The FYNE TEFL programme consists of 120 hours of
intensive TEFL training. Classes take place at
our centrally located premises here in Madrid
the hours of which are divided up as follows:-
General English – 100 hours training and
instruction incorporating the complexities of
teaching English to foreign learners including;
• how to teach adult learners
• complete instruction on teaching the four
basic learning skills
• teaching pronunciation
• specialised lectures on teaching English to
young learners
• a complete review of the grammar concepts
• hands-on guided teaching practise
Business English - 20 hours intensive training
on teaching ‘Business English’ including:
• the necessary requirements of an effective
Business English teacher
• profiles of the typical Business English
student
• lesson planning and course work in the
Business English classroom
• using Business English course books
• tackling business vocabulary
• hands-on guided teaching practise

students are given a unique opportunity to
