We are located in a small town in the heart of Costa Rica, about 15 miles from La Fortuna. We have a community language program and the SIT TESOL Certificate course. Our town has a population of about 500, though we have increased this each course with people from North, Central and South America! Our trainers hold masters degrees and have at least 10 years of teaching experience. The course includes workshops, observations, lesson planning, teaching and feedback sessions.
The SIT TESOL Certificate Course is a 140 hour intensive course for both new and experienced teachers who want to work on the basic skills of teaching English to speakers of other languages through reflective practice.
