The 4 - week TEFL course in Buenos Aires,
provides participants with an Internationally recognized
certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
The course is externally validated and moderated by the
BOAA (Board of Academic Advisors), has a very practical emphasis and
features a high proportion of teaching practice hours in
the classroom.
Buenos Aires is known by many as the “Paris of South
America” and is the birthplace of the Tango. Experience
the best of Argentina in its lively capital city, Buenos
Aires. The city has an old European charm that includes
a wealth of cafes, cobblestone streets, eclectic
restaurants and an exceptional nightlife. Since most
residents of Buenos Aires speak Spanish, you will have
the opportunity to improve your Spanish. And, as you can
imagine there is plenty of room for another English
teacher.
 Our training centre is located in central Buenos Aires
on the border of the San Nicolas and Recoleta districts,
within a 3 minute walk from the Tribunales Subte (Metro)
stop. It is on the corner of Avenida Cordoba and
Talchuano in front of the Plaza Lavalle, a beautiful
park stretching for 3 blocks up to the Palacio de
Tribunales. At TITC in Buenos Aires we will do
everything possible to make sure you have an enjoyable
time in this fantastic region. We are a small and
friendly team offering you the warmest welcome. Our
Buenos Aires teaching staff and support staff have many
years of TEFL experience. Our staff are permanent
residents of Buenos Aires that have invaluable knowledge
that will help you get to know the city from the ground
up.
In our course, students are assessed on their understanding and
practical application of the course content through
teaching practice and the compilation of a teaching
journal. These two are assessed separately but the final
grade awarded amalgamates both sets of grades with a
slight weighting towards teaching practice. Job guidance
and support is provided throughout your teaching career.

In addition to the teaching rooms, the centre also has a
study room where you can do your course work. The centre
is equipped with WiFi so, if you bring your WiFi-ready
PC, you can work in the study room with free internet
access.
