- The ICAL TESL/TEFL Certificate (US$265) - The Certificate is the basic qualification required to teach English. It starts at the beginning and assumes no previous knowledge of teaching. This course will prepare you for any English teaching situation and the certificate you will earn has been accepted worldwide with ICAL graduates working across the world. The course will give you a solid understanding of the principles behind teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language and a wealth of practical ideas on how to make any lesson a fruitful and enjoyable experience for both yourself and your students.
-The ICAL TESL/TEFL Certificate with Teaching
Practice (US$395) - This is a more in-depth course which includes observed TP or Teaching Practice. This course covers all the essentials of teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language with an in-depth approach and monitored teaching practice. This course is for teachers already working in a school. It will help you to consolidate your current knowledge and bring new ideas and fresh methodologies into your classroom as well as adding to your teaching credentials.
- The ICAL CALL Certificate course (US$315) - The first of its
kind! A thorough introduction to CALL - Computer
Assisted Language Learning. It is not a technical course on using computers, but rather a course on using CALL techniques in the class
(an introduction to using computers in language
teaching). Taking you from the
very basics of what CALL is to an in-depth look
at how to set up a lab, which programs to use
and how they can be best used in the classroom.
Plenty of sound CALL activities and exercises.
Your Tutor: Your tutor is an integral
part of the course and is there to help you
