We offer a range of English teaching courses. Qualifications include:

Certificate in TEFL
Our 120 hour certificate in TEFL covers an extended syllabus. Many employers regard the standard for the profession as being a course which comprises a hundred or more hours of study time. There is a focus on lesson planning and practical teaching skills which will equip those who are new to the profession and inspire those who already have some experience. This course is ideal for those who wish to gain a professional qualification in Teaching English as a Foreign language.There is also the opportunity to gain the Certificate in Teaching Practice at one of our three London campuses with the possibility of being offered a teaching post at the end of the course.


Certificate in Teaching Young Learners
This is an assignment-based course only. The course is specifically developed for participants who wish to teach young learners (aged 4 to 11) and teenagers (aged 12+). To embark on it, students should be preferably TESOL trained or those with some teaching/tutoring experience.This 10 unit course will give you insights into how children learn language - both mother tongue and English. You will discover new ideas for activities for both young learners - aged 4 to 11 and teenagers -aged 12+.


Diploma in TESOL

The Diploma in TESOL is specifically targeted at those who are interested in teaching English as a second or foreign language. Preferably, students should have a degree-equivalent qualification. However, students with at least high school or GCE 'O' level-equivalent qualification will also be considered. The most important consideration is that students must be fluent in both oral and written English at  proficiency level.

By course completion, students will:- understand how language is acquired
- understand what constitutes errors in a language
- know the principles on which modern language teaching is based
- understand what phonetic and phonology are
- know which methodologies can be used to teach English
- know how to use materials and aids to teach English inthe class
- know how to organise the class
- know how to design lesson plans


Diploma in Teaching Business English

This course is designed to provide teachers, trainers and course organisers working in the field of Business English. It equips them with specific knowledge, skills and approaches to train business learners. The training tasks and assignments in this course are especially useful and practical and include materials which you and your students will enjoy using in the classroom.
