 East Lake Academy is an independent Roman Catholic school in Lake Forest, IL educating children from pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. We are dedicated to forming the whole child by providing the highest level of academics, by building character and by developing a strong apostolic faith. East Lake Academy coordinates our accelerated curriculum with the National Consultants for Education (NCE), a nationally renowned consulting agency based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Over the next 10 years, our vision is to build a unique five-school system from Pre-K through a four-year high school. We plan to accommodate up to 1,250 students on a 30-40 acre campus in east Lake County. Our current facilities in Lake Forest will accommodate over 100 children through the eighth grade. There is a great need for high-quality Catholic education in the Lake County area of metropolitan Chicago which is illustrated by the fact that we draw students from Gurnee, Libertyville, Mundelein, Long Grove, Grayslake, in addition to Lake Forest, Lake Bluff and Vernon Hills and Lincolnshire.
