Drumcondra Castle Conference Venue in Dublin, Ireland. The Drumcondra Castle Conference Centre is located in the tranquil parkland campus of St. Joseph's Services for the Visually Impaired. We are ideally situated in the suburb of Drumcondra, halfway between Dublin city centre, Dublin Airport and the M1 motorway, for your conference, meeting or workshop. The campus is readily accessible by car or bus and Drumcondra Railway station is a ten minute walk away.

Location and Directions:
Drumcondra Castle Conference Centre is located on the campus of St Joseph’s Services for the Visually Impaired on Gracepark Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9 (which runs parallel to the M1 motorway) approximately 2 km north of Dublin city centre and 5km south of Dublin Airport, directly accessible from the M50 ring road.
Arriving from Dublin Airport:
- By taxi, to St Joseph’s School for the Visually Impaired, Gracepark Road - Gate 1.
- By bus, No: 16A and No: 41 from airport to Drumcondra Road (near Tesco Store).
- By car from the airport take M1 , follow the signs for the City Centre. |
* The road narrows to one lane for the Dublin Port Tunnel (do not take the tunnel – pass large red-brick Church on left). Continue to the first junction, turn left into R403 Collins Avenue. At the next junction turn right into Gracepark Road. Continue along Gracepark Road through two sets of lights, you will pass Pobalscoil Rosmini (school) on your left. Go past the next set of pedestrian lights and the entrance to the car park will be on your left through an arched gateway. Airport transfers available (on request).
Arriving from the M50 ring road take the M1 exit to city centre and follow directions from above.
Arriving by Bus from the City Centre:The following bus routes will take you Drumcondra - No’s. 3,11,13, 13A, 16, 16A from O’Connell Street (stops located between the GPO and the Royal Dublin Hotel). Get off the bus at Drumcondra Road Upper, the bus stop is outside St Patrick’s College.
