University Canada West (UCAN) is one of Canada's newest universities and it is Canada's first private sector university established under new BC legislation. At UCAN we understand that the importance of a post-secondary education. This is why our on-campus degree programs are uniquely designed so your success is our main focus. Our courses maintain a balance between academic studies and practical, real-world case studies and activities. Our Finish Faster program allows you to complete a four-year bachelor's degree in just two years or an MBA in just one year, so that you’ll be able to start your career sooner. Our Vancouver campus is located in the heart of Vancouver’s downtown core.

UCAN Accreditation / Recognition:
University Canada West operates under the authority of the British Columbia Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development, on recommendation of the Degree Quality Assessment Board. Under BC legislation, the Minister of Advanced Education must approve all new degree programs for all BC public post-secondary institutions.
