University Of Freiburg - Faculty Of Engineering:
As one of Germany's oldest universities, the University of Freiburg has a long and proud tradition of excellence in teaching and research. Whether in the sciences, the humanities or engineering, Freiburg's students and faculty have made a significant impact on the academic world. Situated on a new campus at the edge of Freiburg, the Faculty of Engineering comprises the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Microsystems Engineering offering undergraduate and graduate programs.

The Department of Computer Science (IIF) covers a broad spectrum of teaching and research topics which range from from algorithmics to software technology, computer graphics to artificial intelligence and from communication systems to applications in engineering and the life sciences. The scientific scope of the Department of Microsystems Engineering (IMTEK)  with 19 faculty and over 200 research and technical staff, encompasses nearly all technical fields relevant to the highly interdisciplinary world of microsystems engineering.

- Master of Science in Microsystems Engineering
