Universities in Michigan - Graduate Schools
Lake Superior State University, located in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan (at the eastern edge of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, on the Canadian border), is a small public university offering academic programs such as fisheries and wildlife management, engineering, teacher education, nursing, geology, business management, fire science and criminal justice. It offers Michigan's only accredited undergraduate degree program in environmental health. In addition, students attend for LSSU's degrees in forensic sciences, recreation management and legal studies.
There are plenty of reasons why our students choose LSSU, from the faculty-student interaction, to the engaged research and learning opportunities, to the unique programs rarely found at other universities.
