Southern States University, San Diego & Newport Beach:
Southern States University (SSU) is a accredited, private university in Southern California. Established in 1983, we have four campuses in San Diego and one in Newport Beach (only 40 minutes by car from Los Angeles International Airport) in Orange County. We provide undergraduate and graduate degree Business Administration Programs, as well as Intensive English Language programs, including TOEFL Exam Preparation.

The University has received national accreditation from the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) in 2010. All SSU programs and locations are fully accredited. ACICS is the largest accrediting organization of degree-granting institutions in the United States and is recognized by both the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

English Language Courses for International Students:
In addition to our business degree programs, we offer intensive English courses and TOEFL / TOEIC exam preparation for international students. For non-native English speakers who wish to complete one of our degree programs, SSU can customize a program that includes degree program classes plus intensive English study, to adequately prepare you to succeed with your higher education studies.
