The Dream Toys was mainly planned by a group of parents who felt that
purchasing the toys for their loved one’s was a mere waste. The toys
purchased to their kids were very costly, gets outdated very soon and
also the toys were used for only 15 to 20 days, after which the toys
would land in their storage.

An educational toy is designed to help children learn a certain skill or set of skills as they play. In addition, an educational toy can teach children about a particular subject or help children think creatively.

Educational Toys like math related and brain building games are helps to improve children memory power in childhood period.
At the same time many parents looking forward to provide effective educational toys to their children. The thing to remember is that to the child a toy is entertainment and fun, but for the parent a toy is a tool for helping enhance the growth and behavior of their child.

I know some kids toys which can sing and be communicated with; I guess that's good for babies who are learning to speak. It's kind of educational i guess.

I really like the wooden toys or toys that talk and teach. The wooden helps a child with shapes. The toys that talk and teach are good also.I know as a parent and grandparent I work with my grandchildren every chance I get. So if a toy that talks , sings or count I think is a good thing. I love to sing and count and do the alphabet with my grandsons. It's such a blast to watch them learn., Posted: 2014-12-24 00:14:25

we at prefer toys that are not battery operated, nor screen or click driven.

Our toys focus on stimulating fine motor skills, imagination, creativity, and math skills.

I am a father of 5 kids 2 of which are borderline aspergers. It has been very hard to find toys and games that they will enjoy because of their interests. I did find though that building toys like K'nex, Legos, puzzles, and the like have had a very positive influence on their way of thinking. The having to follow instructions is a very good lesson to be learned. Come watch how we build one of these sets on youtube. I promise you will be inspired.

Hi Everybody

I haven't read everyones posts but my son is 15 months old and loves wooden toys, he chooses them over so many of his other toys. The ones that I have found to be of the best quality is Melissa & Doug.
This is the link I usually use to order from. I know they include free delivery in most cases

Hello. I have found when helping my grandchildren if they are having fun they do not realize that you are teaching them at the same time.

borozuzu, Posted: 2016-05-24 21:14:21

Hi Friends,

I agreed. Children need to enjoy playing while learning at the same time. My eldest girl will ask me to take video of her to do the show and tell with her favourite toys, this will help to build her confident level.

What is the most important trait you'd like to develope in you child? If you are like most of us parents, intelligence is probably on the top of your list. We all want bright, smart children. That is why we spend so much time choosing the right schools and making sure the teachers are exceeding expectations. But remember, as a parent you have the power to boost your child's learning potential simply by making books an integral part of their lives. We believe in starting your child's education at infancy. You can get some ideas at 😇

In answer to dad-samgoh, there are some very helpful wall panels and activity tables that would be wonderful tools for keeping your two children occupied even at their different age levels. One I particularly like for groups of kids is the big fire truck. Kids can actually go inside where there is a complete dashboard with pretend steering wheel, gearshift, key and ignition. A great toy for both ages. Check out all the toys at

My son is shy and seldom play with other kids, i am very concerned about his life in school,I tried many ways but he just refused to communicate with other people and prefer to stay alone at home.

One day, i came across this walkie talkies , i bought it and gave one walkie talkies to my neighbor's son. My son is very surprised and think it's cool, they talk in the walkie talkies and pretend to be soldiers in the battle.

One week later, the two kids became good friend, i have to say the walkie talkies helped a lot. This is not a toy to teach math, word, science, but if you have a introverted boy like me, try it, it's a patient, gentle toy to open heart gradually.

I bought my twins the two pairs of kids walkies talkies for Children's day. These are so sturdy and useful. Everything comes individually packed and works great! I ordered these walkies talkies because they had one before that didn't last so long. I did not want to order a set that had batteries only because in the long wrong that would cost me more. My sons and other kids, and my husband and myself play on these quite often. They are great quality and wonderful. We had one child go outside and one stay inside. They still worked. We had one child on upstairs and one downstairs and they still worked. Good value for the price. And we get closer to each other by communication.

Some of the coolest toys out right now are Rusty Rivets. they are from the people who make Paw Patrol toys, but this toy line is like Legos meets Paw Patrol. You can mxz and match all the toy parts for a seemingly endless number of combinations. My kids can't stop playing with them and I think they really spur creativity and get kids thinking about STEM and more. Some toys have working gears! We just did a few reviews of them and they are only at Toys R Us I believe
