Beauty Academy, Louth: Beauty Academy, based in Drogheda, Co. Louth, on the North East coast of Ireland, is a Beauty and Holistic Therapy school. At Beauty Academy we offer diploma courses that are internationally recognised by ITEC, City & Guilds, CIBTAC, Associated Irish Therapists Ltd (AIT) and FAS including the ITEC Diploma in Aromatherapy. This course is held one day a month (from 9.30am - 4.30pm) for 11 months. In order to participate on this course you must have completed our Holistic Massage diploma course.

Aromatherapy is the art and science of using naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants which are known as essential oils. These oils balance, harmonize and promote the health of the body, mind and spirit. This is an art and a science which seeks to explore the individual’s response to aromatic extracts in a physiological, psychological and spiritual way.

What Do I Need To Buy?
A Massage Kit will be needed for both college and home practice. The kit will start you off in business in Holistic Therapies and you can buy it directly at the wholesale price from our supplier. Details of this kit may be obtained on request. Student will also need to purchase the course text book.

We have a membership of 800 organisations throughout Ireland, the majority of which are full day-care providers for children aged 3mths - 6yrs. We offer a range of childcare courses in centres throughout the country including FETAC Level 5 and Level 6 childcare certificate courses. Our main aim is to emphasise the importance of early childhood experiences by working consistently to increase the quality of day-care in Ireland, through education, information and support of all involved in this sector.
