Day & Boarding Programs for Boys & Girls Ages 6-14: - Oakland is co-ed for ages 6-14 at admission with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia or organizational and study skills difficulties.
- An individualized academic program including at least one 30-minute period per day of one-to-one instruction is designed for each student.
- Children with severe reading disabilities often receive additional "one-to-ones". Because the ability to read impacts all aspects of education, teaching reading is a specialty at Oakland.

Located in northwestern Montana, Turning Winds Academic Institute (TWAI) is an accredited, family-run, therapeutic boarding school for troubled teens (boys and girls) ages 13-18 from Virginia and across the United States.
In our beautiful, peaceful, and safe location, we combine the benefits of a therapeutic boarding school, a wilderness program, and a residential treatment center (RTC).
