ICONIX HDPE Support Representative

Become an integral part of ICONIX as an HDPE Sales and Service Support Representative. This role is designed for individuals passionate about sales, providing exceptional customer technical support as part of a collaborative team.

The responsibilities include preparing HDPE service quotations, managing purchase orders, and ensuring excellent support during fusion services mobilization. Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage HDPE service quotations

• Keep shop fabrication records current and accurate

• Process purchase orders and oversee procurement

• Schedule fusion service activities seamlessly

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of fabricated fittings

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary

• At least 1+ years of related experience required

• Strong communication and detail-oriented mindset

• Ability to frequently lift 25 to 50 lbs

• Commit to workplace health and safety principles
