Live-In Building Caretaker

This position requires an experienced caretaker or couple to manage a residential rental building on James Street. You will handle cleaning, maintenance, and administration while ensuring tenant satisfaction. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is essential for move-ins, property showings, and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and suite spaces

• Conduct building inspections and minor repairs

• Coordinate contractor access and assist with tenant inquiries

• Support move-in/move-out processes and documentation

• Ensure safety, security, and effective tenant relations

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of related experience

• Knowledge of building operations and maintenance

• Valid driver’s license and car access

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Willingness to undergo a background check
