Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop care strategies

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved nursing program

• Two years of medical nursing experience, including hospice/palliative care

• Currently registered with the BCCNM

• Strong knowledge of hospice care practices

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
