General Construction Foreman​/Woman

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Work site environment:
Dangerous, dusty, noisy, cold/refrigerated, outdoors.

• Resolve work problems.
• Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Estimate costs and materials.
• Prepare production and other reports.
• Co‑ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Supervise workers and projects.
• Train or arrange for training.
• Supervision: 5-10 people.

• 3 years to less than 5 years experience in construction.
• Client focus, dependability, organized, reliability, team player.
• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Available for shift or on‑call work.

Own vehicle. Own tools/equipment:
Hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, steel‑toed safety boots.

  Morning, Evening, Day, Weekend.
