Sales Coordinator

Dron & Dickson are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support branch operations and deliver a high standard of service to customers. This role plays a key part in coordinating the sales process, managing customer accounts, and supporting overall branch performance.

• Provide a professional and efficient service to customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Process quotations, sales orders and purchase orders accurately and in line with company procedures
• Manage assigned customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Follow up quotations to maximise conversion and remain competitive
• Expedite customer and supplier orders where required
• Manage returns and non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution
• Support tender submissions (ITT responses) and assist Business Development Managers where needed
• Maintain accurate records and support ongoing system and process improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Support continuous improvement across systems and processes
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required, including occasional travel and networking

• Comply with all company policies and procedures within the integrated management system
