Seasonal Administrative Support Specialist is a temporary position that provides assistance to the property management team, performing clerical tasks, customer service, and operational duties associated with the readiness of residential housing units.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Community Director/Community Manager and Leasing/Resident Support Services teams.
  • Assist with social events, educational classes, physical activities, and family functions for community residents.
  • Greet residents in a friendly manner and connect them with the appropriate person to assist them.
  • Inspect model and vacant homes to ensure they are ready for touring prospective clients as needed.
  • Ensure community curb appeal and maintain the appearance of the office, amenities, model, homes, and community.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of employment; ability to drive for the company using a company vehicle, rental vehicle, or personal vehicle.
Additional Requirements

Must be able to pass a drug test, background screen, and physical abilities test/motor vehicle record check (if required).
