We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Secretary / Admin Assistant who can provide high-level administrative support to our company's leadership. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing a wide range of tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of our company's success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
  • Prepare, edit, and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and distributing materials for board meetings, as well as creating agendas.
  • Make phone calls and develop relationship with clients on behalf of the company.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Manage general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and ensuring office supplies are well-maintained.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. (English & Arabic)
  • The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Capability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree will be an added advantage.
