We are hiring a strong CAFM Administrator to support our Facility Management operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining CAFM data integrity, supporting FM teams, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the CAFM system for daily FM activities.
- Create, update, and close work orders, PPM schedules, and job cards.
- Maintain accurate asset location and maintenance data in the system.
- Generate reports on PPM compliance breakdowns and service performance.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely updates in the CAFM system.
- Support documentation audits and client reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper system utilization.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience as a CAFM Administrator or similar role within the FM industry.
- Hands‑on experience with CAFM systems such as Maximo, Reflexion, Oracle, Archibus, Planon, etc.
- Good knowledge of FM operations and preventive maintenance processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
