We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join us as a Graduate Trainee at Khalifa University. The Graduate Trainee will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide exposure to various aspects of university operations, academic research, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

Rotational Training: Participate in a structured rotational program across different departments within Khalifa University, including but not limited to academic departments, research centers, administrative offices, and student services.

Project Support: Assist in the execution of projects and initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in areas such as academic administration, research management, event coordination, and strategic planning.

Learning and Development: Engage in continuous learning and development activities, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions, to enhance professional skills and knowledge in relevant areas.

Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, scheduling, and preparation of reports to ensure smooth operations across various departments.

Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, fostering teamwork and building professional networks within the university community.
