Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Assist in preparing basic reports, summaries, and data lists.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete information when required.
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle data responsibly.
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Good communication skills in English.
Required Skills
