We are hiring for the following position to be based in Abudhabi
This is for a stand alone spa and salon owned by a reputed group of companies in abudhabi.
The details of the position is below :

Position                                :               Spa Operations Manager

Contract                               :               Fixed Term (2 years) – renewable

Location                               :               Abu Dhabi

Previous Experience            :               4+ years managing operations of a mid to large salon/spa

Salary Range                      :               AED 10,000+ (depending on experience)

Job Description
In Brief overall managing of Spa Operations/ Staff Management/ Marketing/ Staff Training / MIS reporting of financial aspects of the spa
Implement opportunities for managing operational costs and boosting the bottom line.
Develop procedures for accurate inventory control and monitoring.
Implement full  product and service purchasing standards and ensure compliance.
Administer staff and client scheduling for maximum revenue generation and profitability.
Manage the salon business performance and ensure achieving targeted revenue. Identify sales and services opportunities that will enhance the output and sales.
Interpret Financial Reports and provide expertise on (projected) Revenue vs. Expenses.
Develop  Marketing Strategy and ensure a consistent image is being portrayed.
Building client data base.
Developing a client’s loyalty program.
Conducting promotional campaigns through various media; e.g. social media & specialized magazines. Implement an e-mail marketing campaign. Expected to attend demonstrations, fundraisers or other events to keep the business involved in the community.
Managing the recruitment and staffing requirements
Perform Staff Evaluation Reports with proposed action plans.
Distributing the work to the salon teams, siting the roasters and managing the staff attendance and leaves.
Create a motivating environment of sincerity, warmth and fun for staff and guests.
Maintain an up to date version of Procedure Manual and ensure compliance.

Bachelor,   3 to 4 Years work experience
