- Hands‑on configuration and theming directly within Salesforce Theme and customize Salesforce components to align with brand standards colors typography layout.
- Define and improve platform UX navigation, information hierarchy, density and interaction patterns.
- Document all design decisions, configurations and guidelines for handover continuity.
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met throughout.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field, showcasing a strong foundation in design principles.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, demonstrating a proven track record of successful projects.
- Portfolio reflecting a diverse range of design projects, highlighting thought processes and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with user‑centered design methodologies and experience in conducting user research and testing.
