Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students within the school premises.
* Monitor student behavior and enforce school rules and regulations consistently.
* Assist in managing student attendance, punctuality, and corridor movements.
* Support teachers and staff in maintaining a disciplined and orderly learning environment.
* Handle minor student conflicts and guide them towards positive resolutions.
* Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding behavioral matters.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education or a related field.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or educational support role, ideally within a school setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups.
* Strong ability to manage student behavior effectively and calmly.
