We are seeking an experienced and analytical Financial Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and delivering accurate financial analysis to drive business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
- Support management with financial planning, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
- Support internal and external audit requirements as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
