• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily credit administration tasks in line with regulatory and performance standards.
• Process and authorize credit limits, facility offer letters and releases, project payment certificate discounting and settlements, share valuation reports, availment tickets, suspension of interest, write‑offs, charges and fees, and fixed deposit lien releases.
• Prepare and authorize internal memos, customer grade changes, and sign‑off liability or no‑liability certificates.
• Monitor work submission channels and allocate daily tasks within the unit to meet service requirements.
• Process and authorize corporate obligor details based on requests from UAE and international credit units in line with local regulations.
• Maintain trackers, ensure proper document archival, and perform periodic reviews of credit limits in GLCMS.
• Ensure accuracy in system application of interest rates and completion of monthly control activities.
• Deliver high service quality to internal customers, managing queries, exceptions, and escalations proactively.
• Stay current with UAE Central Bank regulations, corporate credit guidelines, and relevant legal requirements.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to ensure operational continuity without process breaches.

• Support effective leave planning and ensure adequate backups for the team.
• Optimize manpower utilization and rational task distribution to meet business demand.
• Facilitate on‑the‑job training, knowledge sharing, and performance monitoring.
• Identify training needs and provide timely feedback on team performance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, product knowledge requirements, and Delegation of Authority.

• Prepare reports as requested by team leadership and credit governance units.
• Report key risk indicators and operational near‑miss or loss incidents promptly.
• Support creation and periodic updates of SOPs, SLAs, process notes, and control tools.
• Undertake special projects or assignments delegated by leadership with timely delivery.

• Bachelor's degree or related discipline.
• Relevant banking experience with at least 3 years in similar credit facility roles with increasing managerial responsibility.
• Strong understanding of credit processes, limit controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven stakeholder management and service delivery skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to lead teams effectively.
