Preparing and reviewing in-house Bank standard Facility Offer Letters and Term Loan Agreements, including internal legal negotiated documents, to ensure compliance with credit approvals.
Ensuring all security support documents are properly executed, signed, and verified for authenticity, including resolution, POA, and other required authorizations.
Rectifying existing discrepancies or deficiencies in security documentation for legacy facilities.
Obtaining approvals from relevant authorities for deferral waivers of incomplete documents.
Integrating accurate and timely internal and regulatory reporting.
Checking for documentation deficiencies, expired, deferred, or renewal documents and following up for timely submission.
Maintaining up-to-date collateral data in the Bank’s system and performing periodic clean‑up of obsolete security documents.
Verifying that all required security support documents are lodged in the Bank’s system at the renewal of credit lines.
Ensuring all security documents are stored safely in vaults and maintaining a checklist in the file.
Authorizing security documents and collaterals within the Bank’s system.
Reviewing and verifying approvals for permanent release of collaterals, ensuring no liabilities or outstanding facilities remain before cancellation.
Supporting the creation and release of amendments of securities, mortgages, charges, and registrations with local government authorities and free zone authorities in various Emirates as per the Bank’s POA holders.
Advising the Credit Control Unit for the release of credit lines in the Bank’s system.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5‑7 years of experience in Corporate Banking, with at least 3 years in the Corporate CAD function.
