About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage department in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Superviseseffectiveness of workflow and sequence of service during service periods andprovides constant hands-on support.
Supervisesclosely and monitors the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliancewith Jumeirah Cashiering Procedures.
Monitorcustomer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints ensuringall procedures for CSI and Compliant Handling are followed.
InformHead Waiter/Assistant Manager of any complaints, negative feedback from guestand concerns about colleague satisfaction of colleague performance.
Activelyuse the database of customer details / history to assist in guest recognition.
Advicethe Head Waiter/Assistant Manager of any improvements needed in relation torestaurants operation including updates to the task list or addition / deletionof task lists.
Supportsthe Head Waiter/Assistant Manager in conducting performance evaluation ofcolleagues, training of colleagues, guidance, coaching and counseling ofcolleagues
